CAREER SUMMARY AND OBJECTIVE

Journalism major with campaign and news article background looking to gain experience in political reporting and current affairs. I have an interest in furthering my potential to make political commentary on legislation and governmental relations.

My undergraduate degree in journalism is a special major that caters to my own interests. The degree specializes in social justice issues; it incorporates classes in sociology, anthropology and political science, which allows me to make in-depth analysis on the political ramifications of policy decisions and how it will impact the general public.

I am currently pursuing a M.A in Media and Strategic Communication at George Washington University.
